STRATEGIC PLAN (Short Term)
We begin doing the preliminary work on the building after word from the lender that we're going to be approved. I (Tom Higginson) order the turf, boards, glass, and begin work on the building. In this instance we have them in storage already. Felipe Rodriguez (our McGyver) does measurements and estimates for related items that we may need in addition to providing all the tools to build a quality field. Gary Archer does the initial set up, brings all the computer equipment with him and begins marketing and staffing the facility.

We have received quotes for insurance on both the building and the business. (Soft drink) provides us with scoreboards in exchange for putting their product in our facility. We have quality staff that we can use from (nearby facility we own) should we have a shortfall.

We will bring our best people in numbers to insure the facility has a strong beginning. A new business (or revised one) takes maximum effort to get off the ground and the first six months are crucial.

In my search for new facilities I visit each facility every few months. I load my vehicle with trophies, balls, and T shirts, making the trips virtually free as we save that much on shipping.
