STRATEGIC PLAN (Long Term)
We make our presence known by attending as many soccer functions as possible. Donating the field to worthy causes or giving free practice time on those days that outside weather prohibits practice. We run regional tournaments to get teams from (nearby cities). Some will sign up for league play and make the commute on a weekly basis or we'll let them play twice each time they come to town. We create a coaches team in the adult league. When coaches understand the game it's easier to convince them to bring in their youth teams. We run challenge matches between print and electronic media giving us free advertising.

Years two and three focus on improving cash flow through increased market share and decreased expenses. Additionally we continue to get better and better deals on T-shirts, trophies, soccer balls, and related equipment through negotiation and numbers.

We let clubs and leagues hold administration meetings at the facility and outdoor sign up's. We provide a bulletin board for teams looking for players and players looking for teams, both indoor and outdoor.

We run a quality show.
